Gluten Free Biscotti With Chocolate & Hazelnuts
With just 6 ingredients, these Nutella inspired Gluten Free Biscotti are flavoured with cocoa and real hazelnuts. Now there is no need to go without these double baked italian inspired cookies!

125 g Free From Fairy gluten free plain flour 100 g Sugar 30 g Cocoa powder (check gluten free) 1/2 tsp Gluten free baking powder 2 medium Free range organic eggs, lightly whisked 100 g Hazelnuts, roughly chopped
Place the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder into a mixing bowl and stir well to combine
Crack in the eggs and add the hazelnuts, then mix well to combine into a slightly sticky dough
Divide the dough into two pieces
Place one piece on a lined baking tray and shape into a log around 15 cm long and 5 cm wide
Repeat with the other piece of dough
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees C/150 degrees C fan/Gas Mark 3 for around 20 minutes until firm to touch
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for around 10 minutes
Using a sharp serrated knife cut each log into slices, cutting diagonally across the log in approx. 1cm thick slices.
Place the slices back on the lined baking tray and return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes
